Farizon New Zealand has closed out its strongest month yet, with the all-electric V7E cementing its position as the country's best-selling electric van.

New figures show Farizon achieved 52 registrations in June 2026, its highest monthly total since launching in November 2025, placing the brand among the top 10 best-selling EV brands in New Zealand for the month across both passenger and commercial vehicles.

The result caps a strong first half for the V7E, which has now taken the top spot on New Zealand's  2026 Electric Van sales charts, with Farizon occupying 44% of the BEV van segment year to date, more than any other electric van on the market.

Farizon New Zealand Brand Manager Kevin Richards says the June result reflects growing confidence in both the brand and the case for electric commercial vehicles.

“These numbers speak for themselves. When you're taking 44% of the electric van market and cracking the top 10  EV brands overall in a single month, that's not a niche result; that's the market telling us the V7E  is the van fleet operators actually want. Buyers are seeing that they no longer have to trade off  practicality or price to go electric, and that confidence is translating directly into sales.”

Launched in New Zealand in April 2026, the V7E was designed to remove the final barriers standing between fleet operators and electrification.

Priced from $55,990 + ORC, it achieves price parity with New Zealand's best-selling internal combustion medium vans, while offering up to 329 km of WLTP driving range from a 67kWh battery, 7m³ of cargo capacity and a payload of up to 1,243kg. DC fast charging takes the battery from 20 to 80 per cent in approximately 30 minutes, minimising downtime for fleets.
