MG Motor New Zealand is adding a commercial vehicle to its lineup with the announcement of three variants of the all-new MGU9 ute.

Engineered with strength and versatility in mind, the MGU9 combines the practicality of a work-ready ute with the comfort and innovation of a modern SUV, says the Chinese brand.

The variant range is: MGU9 Explore, MGU9 Explore X and MGU9 Explore Pro. The three variants will be priced at $60,990, $63,990 and $68,990, respectively

“With the MGU9 range – Explore, Explore X and Explore Pro – we’ve created a vehicle lineup that combines comfort, capability, and innovation in equal measure,” said MG Motor NZ Country Business Manager, Dean Sheed.

“Each variant has been designed to deliver a versatile driving experience, whether it’s for daily commercial use, family weekends, or tackling adventures off the beaten track. From refined ride comfort and advanced safety features to smart design touches that make life easier, the MGU9 proves that Kiwis no longer have to choose between practicality and innovation when looking for their next ute.”

MG Motor New Zealand is encouraging pre-orders by offering a $1000 MG Genuine accessory pack for the first 100 customers, giving future MGU9 owners an opportunity to option up their ute for work or play.
