Honda New Zealand is expanding its Prelude hybrid sports coupe range with a new Bordeaux Edition, featuring distinctive red exterior details and a matching interior.
Available to order from October 15, the Bordeaux Edition is priced at $72,490 plus on-road costs.
The new model follows the Prelude’s return to the New Zealand market earlier in 2026, adding a more distinctive styling option to the hybrid coupe line-up.

Finished in Premium Crystal Garnet Red, the Bordeaux Edition features red accents on the front and rear bumpers, red Brembo brake callipers and 19-inch machined black alloy wheels.
Inside, the cabin features Bordeaux-themed trim, with contrast red stitching across the steering wheel, centre console, dashboard, front seats and door panels. Dedicated floor mats with red accents complete the package.
The Prelude also features Honda’s hybrid powertrain and S+ Shift technology, designed to deliver a more engaging driving experience.
Honda New Zealand director Carolyn McMahon said the new edition would give customers another option, combining distinctive styling with the coupe’s sporty character.
